Delivery

Processing time: Some of the items are printed on demand and sent from a US or EU location by the printing partner Printful. The fulfilment of order can take from 2 to 7 days depending on the product availability. Other items will be dispatched from Pug Doggy Dog Head Quaters in London, UK within 2 working days. This information is stated clearly at the bottom of each listing.

Estimated delivery times: vary depending on whether the item is shipped from Printful or Pug Doggy Dog HQ. Orderd delivered from HQ will be dispatched within 2 working days, while orders made via Printful are dispatched within 2-7 working days from the date of your order. Delivery times may vary depending on your address. Shipping within UK normally takes 1-3 days from both destinations.

Returns

If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return your order as per EU laws. Returns are accepted within 14 days from recieving your order. You would be responsible for return postage cost.

We may collect and store your data, such as name, address and email. This is to be able to fulfill your order and deal with any possible returns within the return policy period. This will be stored in our records for period of 3 months.

Your data might be shared with other service provider, i.e. print provider Printful to allow for them to fulfill your order. Please read their policies here

By making a purchase you will be automaticaly added to the mailing list. You can also voloutarily sign up to the newsletter. These are run by Mailchimp and you can unsubscribe at any time at the bottom of the email.
